A few words about

What We Do

Our mission

To bring recovery to women in disadvantaged circumstances affected by trauma, to empower them in their identity and awaken their God-given potential.

How we do this:

In collaboration with local organisations and churches, we provide a 3-day interactive group program that we call 'Spiritual Empowerment Program'. The focus of the program is on Identity Development, Psycho-Education on Trauma and Recovery, and Psychological - Spiritual Empowerment.
During the group program, we help the attendants elaborate on the teachings in small groups through workbooks.
This program is follow up by trained leaders who gather in small groups every few weeks. Leaders receive coaching from Found to create ongoing transformation in a community context.

We believe our interactive group program will be life-changing for these women and people around them.

  • It gives more awareness of obstacles in our thinking
  • Provides insight into how we can break through dysfunctional thinking patterns
  • Gives guidelines on how to replace these patterns by truthful thinking
  • Increases resilience
  • Improves self-esteem
  • Build deeper connection with God and more awareness of who we are in Him
  • Discovering and developing their talents
